In the Kingdom of Kerry, The Ring of Kerry offers some of the most beautiful scenery in Ireland.  The 'Ring' is a road that encircles a mountain landscape.  Remains of ring forts, which date from prehistoric times, are evident in places.  The landscape is beautiful and almost has a surreal quality in places.  There is also a lovely little cafe on a mountain summit for tea, soup and sandwich.  It was there that I learned about delicious Barry's Tea.  I asked the waitress about the tea and she told me that Barry's was the best brand in Ireland.  I brought some home, but alas, it's almost gone.  Wish I could find some more here.
