Strawberry jar and black eyed susan. I never had any luck with strawberries, the slugs always got them.

More black eyed susans, these on the other side of the drive way. They have spread all over the place. That's okay. I love them!

Prayer flags. I have prayer flags hanging all over my garden. They're beautiful and I figure prayers in any language cannot hurt. As a bonus, it seems like they have discouraged the deer this year.

My Buddha. The neighbors put up the Private Property sign....long story, we inherited a feud from my in-laws. Anyway, I thought the Buddha with the sign made an interesting photographic study.

A watering can I picked up off the side of the road, during the annual city junk pick up. I've picked all kinds of 'junk.' One woman's junk is another woman's treasure, right?

The pot on the left, I bought at a flea market. The one on the right is another find from the junk pick up. Don't you love the way grass looks when it goes to seed?

I picked up a perfectly good pair of garden chairs from a junk pile on West Outer.

Beautiful variety of ivy I bought recently. I'll set it out in the yard this fall. I love ivy. I especially love the way it greens up the woods in the winter.
