When I was driving to school the other day, these words popped into my head and I felt that I had to record them.  
I want to be clear that I do not know what the solutions are to the very complex plague of gun violence in our country. I think the problem is complex and the answers will be complex as well and will have to address not only the wide availability of assault style weapons and clips, but also violent games and movies, the lack of mental health care in too many cases, poverty, the break down of family, etc.  
No, it won't be easy.  But we MUST try.  And I do know that mothers can and should come together, with their hearts and minds, and be a part of the solution of what we can do as a society to keep our children safe.
